Nice big room with a balcony overlooking the bay, and the rooftop pool is just fabulous! Staff were super friendly, always ready to help out. Breakfast spread was a real treat, especially the omelette station!

Some sunbeds were nabbed early by towels, even though there were clear signs against it.

Heaps of choice in the restaurants and the staff were so friendly. But, the pool area felt a bit cramped. And the room could be bigger, bro.

great location but some inconsistencies

The location was fantastic with a lovely sea view from our terrace. The staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The quality of the breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of options that satisfied every taste. We loved the view of the ocean while enjoying our meals in the hotel restaurant.

The cleaning times could improve for better convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor pool and the relaxing garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One tiny thing I noticed was that some leftovers from the dessert station got thrown away, which didn’t quite match the hotel's eco-friendly vibe. If you're going to be around, definitely try to catch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony! 🌅

I was disappointed with the room size, paying for a deluxe double/twin room but finding insufficient wardrobe space. Cleaning times were inconsistent, often happening much later than ideal. having only one pool/beach towel every few days was frustrating, especially as we had to take damp towels to the beach with us.

We had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is a great base for kayaking and biking trips. Don't miss the beautiful white sand beaches with calm crystal-clear waters – perfect for a day of fun. The only downside was that we sometimes encountered issues with air conditioning, which would occasionally bring in a smoky smell. It's something we reported to the staff, but it wasn't resolved during our stay.

The room had a walk-in shower and a comfy sofa. A balcony with a view of the river and beach. The hotel’s outdoor pool area offered stunning views of Cala Galdana. The spa featured a hot tub and sauna, and the breakfast buffet had fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs every morning.

Friendly staff, great food, but evening entertainment was lacking.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Terrace, and it was fantastic! The spacious room had a cozy seating area where I could relax. A lovely large terrace that provided a stunning view of Cala Galdana. The pool area on the 6th floor was a joy, offering an unbeatable atmosphere with live music every evening.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety.
